RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Policy:

Accessories are not returnable and a final sale.  Clothing may be exchanged for another size.
  Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL TAGS attached with no visible sign of removal, for a full credit to your credit card, (Minus shipping charges if any were charged on initial shipment).

  You can return merchandise by shipping (we recommend insurance) within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Returns MUST be postmarked within this 14 day grace period. Items returned past this grace period will either be sent back to customer or charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.

How do I make a return?
  Simply e-mail: HotItemsLA@aol.com to get a RA#.

  Returns will not be processed without an RA#. (Returns made will be  charged a 15% restocking fee).   Shipping cost cannot be refunded.  Pack up and securely seal the item in the original packaging, include the completed form that was sent with your order and send it insured to our office address listed above. HotItemsOnline.com recommends insuring the package as it will provide you with protection as we can not be responsible for items that were not packed by our offices. When returning an item please include name and phone number in package so that we may contact you if needed. We do not do exchanges, if you want a different size or color, you must sign on and make a new purchase and when we get your original item we will credit your card back.

When will my credit card be refunded:?
  We always process the refund as soon as product arrives to us, but please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your card... some cards take a few days for the refund to post.
